Blueberry Daily N'Oats

This Greek yogurt and Daily N'Oats recipe pack a one-two punch when it comes to gut-boosting benefits:  The yogurt is packed with probiotics to help balance your microbiome, and the Daily N'Oats deliver a full 21 grams (!) of protein.  The blueberries and coconut are excellent for your heart health too, thanks to their antioxidants, fiber and healthy fats.  We love this recipe because you can make it ahead of time and it's ready from the fridge on sleepy weekday mornings.



  1. Combine all the ingredients in a jar or bowl.
  2. Mix and place in the refrigerator over night.
  3. In the morning, give it another mix and enjoy!
Serves 1 person.
