Strawberry Chia Parfait (Low-Carb and Blood-Sugar-Friendly)

A refreshing, protein-packed breakfast or snack that’s easy to prep and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Wild Strawberry Daily N’Oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk alternative)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 3 fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp crushed almonds (or any nuts for crunch)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra depth)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix Wild Strawberry Daily N’Oats, chia seeds, and almond milk. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. In a glass or jar, layer half the N’Oats mixture, followed by Greek yogurt, then a few strawberries.
  3. Repeat the layers and top with crushed almonds.
  4. Let sit for 10 minutes (or overnight for meal prep) to let the flavors blend.
  5. Enjoy cold as a delicious fiber-rich, low-carb breakfast or mid-day snack!
